A written guest book gets "congrats" fifty times. Hand someone a phone and ask them to leave a message and you get their actual voice, laughing, halfway through a story. It is the thing couples play back years later, and almost nobody in the UAE offers it yet.
We deliver the day before your event and collect the day after. Setup takes about fifteen minutes and we walk you through it. That is roughly forty-eight hours with the booth, where most companies in the UAE give you two or three.
No. The booth is built to be self-service, which is the whole point. If you would rather have someone there, an attendant is AED 450 for up to four hours, and that is worth it for corporate events.
Reels in three working days, photography in five, film in seven to ten. The clock starts the next working morning, so a Friday night event on three working days lands on Wednesday. If you need something the same night, book the teaser in advance and we will staff an editor for it.
They are minimums, not caps. If a package says at least 150 images, 150 is the floor. You will usually get more.
Cancel fourteen days or more ahead and your deposit comes back. Inside fourteen days you get one free date move, subject to availability.
Yes, across the UAE. Anywhere outside Dubai adds AED 300 to the booking.
Yes. Galas, conferences, activations and staff parties. Corporate bookings usually want an attendant, a shorter hire window and branded prints, so we quote those separately. Email hello@electricvibeevents.com or WhatsApp us with the date, venue and headcount and we will send a price the same day.
A fifty percent deposit holds your date, and the balance is due on delivery. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
